About Doods Perea, Co-Founder & CEO

Doods Perea, Co-Founder and CEO of QICS, brings two decades of hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence to every engagement. An avid user of Atlassian tools since 2006, he has guided teams and individuals across industries in mastering these platforms and embedding them into their day-to-day operations.

Doods holds four prestigious Atlassian credentials that attest to both breadth and depth of expertise:

• Atlassian Credentialed in Rovo Fundamentals
• Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Projects for Cloud
• Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator
• Atlassian Certified Jira Service Desk Administrator

His Atlassian journey began in 2006 when Atos North America hired him as a Collaboration Consultant, where he implemented and championed Jira and Confluence for large-scale initiatives. After seven years at Atos, he joined SAP AG in Germany, contributing to the Center of Excellence, Value Prototyping, and Cloud Logistics initiative, further refining his skills in enterprise collaboration and process design.

In 2016, Willis Towers Watson in Bonifacio Global City recruited Doods as a Jira Administrator, entrusting him with complex, multi-team environments. In June 2019, AJ Walter Aviation brought him on as a Jira Administrator for its digital transformation program, relying on his ability to align Jira and Confluence configurations with rigorous aviation and operational standards.

Doods is an honor graduate of Philosophy and Letters from San Beda College, Mendiola, where he was a state scholar and a consistent Dean’s Lister. His training in critical thinking and structured analysis, combined with deep technical expertise in Atlassian tools, allows QICS to design solutions that are not only technically robust but also clear, thoughtful, and sustainable for the organizations we serve.
